HRA for your workforce

When you complete the HRA, your own personal report is produced which identifies your specific risks across seven key health areas - Heart, Cancer, Diabetes, Obesity, Fitness, Nutrition and Mental Health. This enables you to identify your personal health risks and initiate actions necessary to reduce or eliminate these risks and improve your health.

The HRA asks you about:

  1. What you eat
  2. How active you are
  3. How you feel
  4. And more

It measures your current health status, and it identifies risk factors for future problems. The Personal Report at the end will show you some of the things you can do to stay well. Often, it takes just a few simple changes to your daily habits. Our HRA is quick and easy to use. It adapts to your answers. You only get asked about things that have to do with your lifestyle and daily habits. It takes 15 minutes or less to complete.

Your Personal Report gives you:

  1. Overall Wellness Score and Health Age
  2. Health & Wellness Key Areas Chart
  3. Key Areas
  4. Biometrics (Biometry) section
